I was frustrated by the constant issues with the WiFi, which kept dropping and made it impossible for me to complete any work. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed disorganized and untrained, as I had to repeatedly ask for basic information during check-in. The noise from the nearby street was unbearable early each morning, disrupting my sleep and making my stay much less enjoyable.

My stay was fascinating! The room was stylish and immaculate. I adored the luxurious bathroom with its spacious rain shower. The staff shone with their warm hospitality. Yet, the WiFi was inconsistent, and the hotel's location required long walks to attractions. Overall, a delightful experience, but prepare for some walking and connectivity challenges.

We stayed here with our little one and loved the cozy room with luxurious finishes. The neighborhood is peaceful, providing a great base for exploring. Plus, the staff was exceptionally helpful in providing local dining recommendations, making our family trip stress-free.

In my wife’s opinion, a play area for kids would enhance the experience.

It was just a great fit for a brief hiatus in Rome with great value-to-price ratio. The breakfast could have been richer but you could choose something to eat each morning. Bring your own snacks for the first night since we had no water bottles provided initially.

my stay at best western was fantastic! the classic twin room was spotless and stylish. the rain shower felt luxurious, and the vintage kettle was a charming touch. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helped with local recommendations. the hotel is located in a quiet area, just 30 minutes on foot from the center.

i had a lovely stay during this short break in rome. the room was spacious and clean, and i really appreciated the stylish decor that added a unique charm. best western exceeded my expectations with fun details like a vintage kettle in the room and an incredible breakfast offering freshly baked pastries.

We really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. the spacious shower and comfy bed made it feel like home. The sun terrace and loungers were perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. One minor thing was that the elevator was a bit cramped, but we managed just fine! ☀️
